A flavorful, delicious and simple recipe of vegan pizza with no yeast and no bake method.
Makes 12 inches diameter pizza Ingredients: 2 cups all-purpose flour 1 teaspoon salt 2 teaspoons baking powder 1 teaspoon dry oregano 3 tablespoons oil Barbecue sauce (check recipe in desserts and chutney category) Favorite toppings 4 cups vegan daiya cheese flour for dusting oil for greasing
Process: Add all dry ingredients together and mix well. Add 2 tablespoons of oil and gradually add some warm water kneading into a soft dough. Add another tablespoon of oil and knead again. Cover and keep aside for 30 minutes. Dust some flour and roll the dough into 12 inches diameter circle. Grease some oil on a heated pan and keep the pan on low heat. Place the rolled dough and poke with a fork or knife.
Cook the base on low heat until it turns golden. Spread some homemade barbecue sauce on the upper side of the dough, add some of your favorite toppings and add the vegan daiya cheese. Cover with a lid and let the cheese melt on low heat. Once cheese melts turn off the stove. Place it on a plastic mat or counter and slice them equally. Serve them hot.
