Kababs the very name makes you salivate. A spiced up surprise filled with potatoes and spinach. A good starter for parties or home dinner to make your family and friends happy.
10-12 kababs
Ingredients:
5 cups of chopped spinach without stems
1 cup of chopped cilantro
1 chopped green chilli
1 tablespoon of shredded ginger
¼ cup of corn starch
2 cups of boiled potato (shredded)
1/2 tablespoon of salt
1 tablespoon of sugar
1 tablespoon of cumin seeds
1 tablespoon of oil
Oil for Frying

Process: Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a medium sauce pan. Add the cumin seeds and spinach. Cook till all the water evaporates. Keep aside to cool down.
Add the remaining ingredients with the cooked spinach in a mixing bowl. Make oval shaped kababs. Heat oil in a wok, put 4 kababs at a time and cook on medium heat till golden brown.
Bake the Kababs on 350 F for 30 minutes on the middle rack. After 30 minutes place the tray on the top rack at 450F for 5-7 minutes.
Kababs are ready to serve !
