Quick stir fry meal within few minutes. So many coloured veggies and spiciness of ginger. Try this recipe for relishing a satisfying meal.
2 cups medium firm Tofu
1 cup sprouts
2 tablespoon chopped ginger
1/2 tablespoon red chilli flakes
1/2 tablespoon salt
1.5 tablespoon oil
10-12 broccoli florets
1/2 cup each celery and bell pepper (chopped big long pieces)
2 tablespoon of corn starch
1 cup chopped cilantro
2 teaspoon of lemon juice

Process: Heat oil in a wok on high. Add the ginger and constantly saute it till it turns golden. Add the broccoli and constantly stir fry it for 1 minute, then add the remaining vegetables and do the same.
Reduce the heat between medium-high and place the tofu gently for 1-2 minutes. Add 1/2 cup of water to cornstarch and pour it on the tofu. With a spatula flip the tofu, add the chilli flakes. Turn off the stove, add the sprouts, cilantro, lemon juice and salt. Mix everything well.
This wholesome meal is ready to be served.
