A simple way to ease your hunger with combination of zucchini, cabbage and tomatoes. I used yellow tomatoes for the color but you can use regular ones if not available.Few drops of lemon makes it more refreshing. Try it out and let me know.
4 cups of Julienne sliced zucchini
1 cup of chopped yellow tomatoes preferred
4 cups of Julienne sliced cabbage
1 teaspoon of Red Dry chilli flakes
1 teaspoon of lemon juice
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon of butter
Process: Heat the butter in a medium sauce pan, add the cabbage and stir fry it for 1-2 minutes on medium heat. Add the zucchini and do the same for a minute. Add tomatoes, salt, sugar and chilli flakes and cook for another 2 minutes till the tomatoes become mushy. Turn off the stove and squeeze lemon juice. Serve hot.
