Spaghetti In Tomato Basil Sauce

Any spaghetti or pastas can be used for this pasta made with Italian herbs. Known for slurp, this pasta can become everyone’s favorite.

Serves 4-6
Ingredients:
340 grams of spaghetti noodles/400 grams of pasta
2 chopped bell pepper
1 big zucchini Julienne cut
1 stick of celery chopped
2 teaspoon crushed black pepper
1 cup sour cream
600 ml of crushed plain tomato basil pasta sauce(or blend and use crushed
or pureed tomatoes with 7-8 basil leaves together)
1 tablespoon dry thyme, savory and oregano
1 tablespoon sugar
½ tablespoon salt
½ cup butter

Process: Break the spaghetti into halves and boil them in a medium pot
with little oil in it. Once they are cooked and soft, turn off the stove. Drain
the water and wash them in cold water. Keep them soaked in cold water
until the time your sauce is prepared.
In a deep wok or sauce pan heat the butter. Put the celery and saute it for
few minutes on medium heat. Then add the bell pepper and some zucchini.
Stir for a minute and then add the dry herbs. Mix well.
Add the tomato basil plain sauce. Add salt, sugar and cook the pasta sauce
in it by covering with a lid for around 4-5 minutes. Add the noodles, black
pepper, and sour cream. Mix well and cook for another 2 minutes. Add the
remaining zucchini and mix well. Turn off the stove and spaghetti/pasta is
ready to serve.
