Pumpkin Cheese Rice

A cheesy delight recipe which has combined flavor of pumpkin and cheese spread as a layer on top of mixed vegetable Asian rice. Do try this fusion recipe and take your inclination of love for rice on next level.
Ingredients:

1/4 portion of pumpkin
around 4-5 cups of cooked rice
2.5 cups of small cubed cut tofu
mix parboiled vegetables
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp white pepper powder
1.5 tbsps salt
1/4 cup oil
3 tbsps soy sauce (light sauce)
1.5 cups cheddar cheese
few tbsps all purpose flour
1 + few tbsps whipping cream
pinch of salt
1/4 cup butter
few tsps chili flakes
1 cup chopped cilantro

Process in Brief: Boiled the pumpkin, extract the pulp and blend with few tbsps. of water. Add oil in a wok , stir fry the veggies and tofu alongwith the seasonings and spices. Turn off and keep aside. Add butter in a skillet, cook the flour on low heat, add the cream and once comes to slight bubble then add the cheese , stir until melted, add the pulp and remaining cheese with salt plus chili flakes. Turn off the stove until reached desired consistency. Spread on top of the rice and garnish with chopped cilantro.
