These 3 combo mix is something which is liked by all age groups especially kids as they are commonly fond of both potatoes and cheese.
2 cups Wheat flour
2 tablespoons oil
1 boiled potato
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
½ cup grated paneer
½ teaspoon black pepper powder
½ teaspoon dry oregano
¼ cup finely chopped dill
2 teaspoons salt
flour for dusting
oil for greasing
Process: In a bowl mix 2 tbsp oil and flour together. Gradually add the
warm water and knead into a soft dough. Cover with a damp cloth and
Add the remaining ingredients in a bowl. Mash the potatoes well and mix it
properly with the remaining ingredients. Keep aside.
Divide the dough into equal parts, sprinkle some flour on it (if needed) and
press it with your fingers at the edges in circular shape (the size of your
palm). Take a spoonful of the mixture, add the filling in the middle and
close all the ends of the dough together in the center. Dust some flour and
roll it with a rolling pin in circular shape. Basic diameter of the chapatti can be 7-8 inches.
Heat a non – stick pan and put the heat on high. Grease the pan with some
oil, place the chapatti on it. Flip it after 30 seconds by reducing the heat to
medium low for cooking the other side. Again flip it and increase the heat
on high for 10 seconds. Press with the spatula the chapatti. Brush some oil
on top and remove it right away. Serve hot.
