Try this delicious and healthy cooked Paneer Tikka Masala where the veggies and Paneer and nicely marinated with yogurt and spices.
600-700 grams of paneer
1 green bell pepper
1 red bell pepper 2 tomatoes
1- 1/2 teaspoons turmeric powder
1/2 tablespoon white pepper powder
2 teaspoons ginger powder
1.5 tablespoons chat masala powder
1 tablespoon smoked paprika
2 cups thick yogurt
a pinch of asafetida
1 tablespoon salt
1 tablespoon oil
lemon juice to drizzle
1 cup chopped cilantro
Process: Slice the paneer horizontally and vertically further dividing into half. cubed cut the remaining veggies around 2 inches size. In a bowl add the veggies and paneer , spices , yogurt and condiments. Cover the bowl with a lid or surround wrap and put in the fridge for around 1-2 hours. After marination, add the paneer, tomatoes and bell peppers on the skewers. Depending on the size of the airfryer you may divide the skewer into half or keep it big. Bake in airfryer for 10 minutes each side on 400F and in Oven for 15 minutes each side on 400 F.
Once the tikkas are ready drizzle some lemon juice and garnish with cilantro on top.
