Marinated Chilli Paneer

This is such a nice snack I prepare when I have  friends coming in for quick visit. It also works as a great starter in parties. Tangy spicy marinated paneer which has amazing crispiness to it.
3 cups of cubed paneer
1 cup of cauliflower florets
½ cup of cube size potatoes
2 teaspoon coriander powder
1 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 teaspoon dry mango powder
1 ½ teaspoon salt
2 teaspoon of red chilli powder
1 teaspoon sugar
1 cup thick yogurt
1 teaspoon lemon juice
Oil for stir frying

Process: Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and keep it to marinate for 30 minutes. Heat a non-stick pan, add some oil. Once the oil is hot put few portion of the mixture and fry on medium heat till it turns golden brown. Flip to the other side and repeat the same.
