Makes 2 cups Ingredients: 5 big Tomatoes
Process: Score 5 big tomatoes with knife in equal parts from all sides and put them in boiling water for 4-5 minutes. Once they cool down at room temperature, peel the skin and blend tomatoes in a food processor and sieve to remove the seeds. you can used the filtered part for any sabjis or chutney Put the liquid pulp in a pot and cook on medium heat until the quantity reduces to half. Make sure to do the cooking on low or medium heat. Empty the puree in ice molds and freeze them to use for any recipe. You can also add some salt if you are using it for additional months.
