Ayurvedic Lassi

Lassi : A perfectly simple Ayurvedic Lassi recipe for digestion and Calming for excessive pitta and Vata from the body. This recipe can be consume during Ekadashi as well.
Serves 1
Ingredients :
1.5 cups of full fat yogurt
2 cardamom pods
3-4 strands of saffron
1/4 – 1/2 cup of jaggery
2-3 tablespoons of filtered water
Process : Remove seeds from cardamom pods and add jaggery with water. let the water melt the jaggery little bit. You may skip adding water and just use a mortar pestle to crush the jaggery little.
Add the yogurt and saffron, blend into a smooth blend. serve chilled !
