Veg tofu Baked Kabab


The spicy crispy Kababs mixed with all veggies will surprise you with multiple flavors. It’s all baked and crispy with the aroma of wonderful spices inside.

8 kababs
Ingredients
1 cup crumbled medium soft tofu
1/2 cup shredded cabbage
1 shredded carrots
2 shredded celery sticks
2 tablespoon corn starch
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon red chilli powder
2 teaspoon curry powder (homemade spices)
2 teaspoon sugar
2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon Garam masala (homemade spices)
1 tablespoon oil
1 teaspoon coriander powder

Process: Preheat the oven on 375F. Mix all spices, starch and vegetables together with the flour.
Wet your palms and make oval shape Kababs.
Place them on a tray covered with parchment and keep them 1″inch apart.
Bake for 45 minutes till they are crispy brown.
