Quick Pasta

This innovation happened when I had a very hectic day and my stomach screamed for something quick,simple,filling yet delicious.
Requires common spices and can be prepared within 10-12 minutes.

Serves 2
Ingredients
1 cup mix vegetable pasta or any kind of your choice
1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 teaspoon red chilli powder
1 teaspoon coriander powder
1/2 cup shredded cabbage
2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1½ tablespoon unsalted butter
few drops of lemon juice
1 teaspoon dry parsley leaves

Process: Boil 3 cups of water in a medium size pot , once it starts boiling,add the pasta. Cook till soft, remove the pasta and put in cold water.
Heat butter in a non-stick pan on medium temperature, add the cabbage, stir fry for a minute on high heat. Reduce the heat again to medium, add the pasta,all the spices, 1 cup water,cover and cook for 3 minutes. Remove the lid, add few drops of lemon juice and dry parsley leaves.
