Another Addition to my grain free sabji creation. Its a simple yet flavorful. try it out and let me know.
Ingredients for grain free sabji:
2 cups of stir fried Paneer
1 cup chopped tomatoes
1 chopped green chilli
1 teaspoon cumin seeds
2 cups of finely chopped celery or cabbage
1 cup chopped cilantro
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon sugar
½ cup of yogurt
½ teaspoon ginger
¼ cup cauliflower florets optional
½ chopped bell pepper
1 tablespoon oil

Process for Sabji: Heat oil in a medium saucepan and sauté green chillies, ginger and cumin seeds for 30 seconds. Add the celery and fry till golden brown. Add the tomatoes and cook for a while till the water is dried. Empty everything in the blender, add yogurt and blend it to a smooth paste. Use the same saucepan (as it will be still little oil) and stir fry the cauliflower florets. Add the paste and cook well with the cauliflower till it gets little dry. Add two cups of water, salt and sugar and bring it to a boil.
Add the paneer and cook for 3 minutes on medium heat. Turn off the stove garnish with cilantro and chopped bell pepper.
Eat it with crispy Tapioca balls
