Avocado dip

One of the most simplest thing to make ever. Eat with chips mix with noodles, tastes the most refreshing. This dip you can either blend it or just whisk it. I tried the later part.

Ingredients:
1 avocado
1 teaspoon of dry mint leaves
3-4 cashews crushed
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon of almond milk or regular milk

Process: Mix all the ingredients together and blend it into a smooth paste or whish it to have nearly smooth paste.
